And tonight…

We watched the movie (extended cut)!

All I can say is WOW, what an amazing show!

I feel like it should be required viewing for both guys & girls right after high school, just before entering college.

I feel *incredibly* fortunate to have found Melanie!

It seems like I have some new friends, Steve, Aidan, Mr. Big…   They’re all people I know, and it’s interesting how they are actually like real people I do know…

Samantha, Miranda, Charlotte, and Carrie – I know girls who totally remind me of each of them too.

What I found really interesting was the incredible connection I had with Carrie when she was totally devastated, for days, in the movie tonight.

The acting & directing was superb, at least, to me.

I felt, and lived, that exact way when I hit rock-bottom in 2005 after it was decided that I was getting divorced.

If you haven’t seen an episode of Sex and the City before, I suggest you start with Episode 1, Season 1, and see what you think…  Otherwise, let me know what you think!

Visit my first Squidoo Lens

Specifically about creating a “lens”, as they call it, on a few things I’m really passionate about.

In my first lens…

I review how much I really enjoy my compact point-and-shoot Canon digital camera — the Canon PowerShot SD 850 IS.   Although I believe the 850 IS is discontinued, I’ve used the newer SD 1100 IS, and it’s even better!

Anyhow, when you really get into Squidoo, and see some of the pages people have created, it’s quite exciting.

I have many more ideas for things to post on Squidoo as well.  Stay tuned.

That’s Tiger Woods with Melanie’s Mom, Linda, from two short days ago, October 21st, during the Gillette Fusion “Play a Champion with Dad” event at Trump National Golf Course in Rancho Palos Verde, California.

If you ask me, I think Mom is giving Tiger advice on exactly how the play should be made.

Quite a while ago I realized that the only way I could really lose weight, keep it off, and be the best I could be, would be to change my lifestyle.

My new web site talks about creating a lifestyle you can life with.

The words of James Hetfield on Metallica’s St. Anger’s CD really made me think a few years ago:

“Your lifestyle determines your death style”

and got me thinking:

What I do now, will really determine if I’m around to see my girls get married, see my grandchildren, and experience as much of life as possible.

When you get down to it — you have this small space in time starting from the day you’re born, until the day you die, to do as much as possible…

What totally hit home for me though was being with one of my best friends – my grandma – as she withered away from cancer 6 years ago.

Over the course of her battle, we had a couple of really good conversations about life lessons.

One of the very last things ever she said to me was –

“Don’t ever let life pass you by, be sure to make the most of every day”

Not only did she live a very active lifestyle (tennis, boating, snowmobiling!), in my opinion, she did make the most of her days!

I never forgot that, and it’s taken me 6 years to lay a foundation, and create a lifestyle that works for me.

I received my latest issue of Success Magazine, and I made it in there!

What’s really interesting about it is the leads it’s generated for Internet Services Group!  Quite a few people have searched directly in Google, visited our web site, and inquired.

As a matter of fact, today, we just landed a web site development job in Las Vegas directly from me being in the magazine!  Whoo hoo!

I’ve developed a News Release around this, and I’ll be posting it soon on the ISG web site –

The release talks about how I grew up around passionate people, my mom, my dad, my grandparents, and how they’ve all really enjoyed what they’ve done relating to work & income.

In the release, I also talk about how I started a new company on my birthday this year called Interesting Ventures, LLC which is all about promoting what the different topics I’m passionate about for the benefit of many.
